Some call this a Weizen Bock, I call it a Double Hefeweizen. A distinct aroma of cloves and bananas is complemented by the spicy flavor of 2 kinds of wheat malt.

I'm not quite sure exactly what style this beer is (uses ale yeast mixed in with some saison yeast but reminds me of a hefeweizen or white ale) but it is pretty darn delicious.
The color is light and transparent. The aroma is one of banana and citrus with the taste having more of banana and even apple notes. Very smooth and drinkable for such a strong ale. I enjoyed this very much and would recommend it, even if I can't figure out the exact style.
