16oz. can served in my Spiegelau IPA glass. Pours a dull, burnished orange with a slight haze to the clarity and a tight, one inch, bright white head. Nose is weed and some note of citrus. Taste is really quite interesting. Citrus, pith, an herbal quality and a suggestion of crackery malts. Mouthfeel is light-medium in body with a carbonation just shy of assertive. All and all, a really interesting beer. Think old school DIPA with a little somethin' somethin'.

Moderate pour yields a one inch white head over a fairly bright body with nice, sticky lacing. Very unique nose of wet leaves, wet dank weed, wet pine needles, and even more wet dank weed. Taste follows nose, believe it or not, to a "T"; with a bit of sweetness holding the the strong bitterness at bay all the way to a smooth, gentle bitter finish. Zappa, the enigmatic hop!?! As always a real nice feel; it's a Skadoosh after all. Overall, never, ever, have I had an IPA like this. Cheers to John K. and crew (and Zappa!) for a completely unique experience!
