16 oz. can.
Moderate to vigorous pour yields a one inch white head over a hazy light golden body with some nice lacing. Nose of an English garden (hmm, Triumphs are from England, hence the hop's name?) with a bit of sweet citrus thrown in for good measure. Taste mirrors nose somewhat, but leaning towards the sweet citrus side, showing concentrated orange, akin to Bergamot with a bit of spruce and spice! Intense is a word that comes to mind. Nice feel and overall, wow! This is so unique, and delicious. Cheers to John K. for the use of this wonderful new hop from Crosby Hop Farm in Oregon!
