"Light bodied, slightly tart hefeweizen is fermented in the yeast from our friends at VPB. Requests for lemon will be met with derision and scorn."
Served in a pint glass.
Pours a cloudy yellow color with a very thin head that dissipates very quickly, no lacing. Aromas of wheat, sweet orange, cloves, and honey. Up front flavors of crisp wheat and lots of lemon lead to bitter orange peel and light green apple with a sweet orange finish. Medium carbonation, light body, this is clean, crisp, and mouth cleansing.
The keg kicked while I was there and replaced by a witbier.
