A probiotic fruit beer fermented with 100% Brettanomyces. Red raspberry for Vitamin C, pomegranate for it’s anti-oxidants and elderberry for it’s anti-viral qualities. Infused with organic astragulas, ecchinacea and woods-grown ginseng. Aged for 2 years in stainless steel with assorted bacteria. A wellness tonic.

Served in a tulip glass at the brewpub at the 5th anniversary party.

Pours a cloudy light garnet color with a two finger off white head with solid retention. Very strong herbal aromas: pepper, ginseng, flowers mix with fruity aromas of raspberries and pomegranite. Up front flavors of cloves & pepper with lots of herbs with a very sweet finish of lots of different fruits, cherry, pomegranite, raspberry. Medium body and carbonation, the mix of sweet and spice awaken all parts of your tastebuds. Interesting beer worth trying but I couldn't drink more than one in a sitting.

Color: darkish red with a thin head. Almost a beet-like color.

Aroma: sour with raspberry, pomegranate and grape upfront. Almost like a lambic.

Taste: sour with raspberry, pomegranate and grape flavors. Woodsy taste as well.

Mouthfeel: sour with the mentioned fruits. Finishes easily.

An interesting probiotic elixir with vitamin c, ginseng and three different fruits. Based on bacchus and worth a try.
