Pours a nice golden color with a decent head into my glass. Good presentation from the tap.

Aroma is chock full of floral hops with just a hint of sweetness underneath.

Taste is chock full of grassy, citrusy hops with just a hint of spiciness underneath from the sorghum. Very interesting flavors to mix.

Mouthfeel is full of lingering spiciness and citrusy hops. Nothing offensive.

John has done it again with yet another fine example of a gluten-free ale. Who says that such ales have to taste like Green's or Redbridge when you can just hop the hell out of it? This should win some awards and I'd buy it in a bottle as well.

On tap poured into a 4oz sample glass. This is my first gluten free beer, not too sure what to expect.

Pours like Duvel. Crisp, clear and golden. Light fluffy white head. Nose I weird, there's the Belgian nose but some weird almost medicinal smell, maybe it's from the sorgum?

Taste is pretty good, Belgian bready year flavors and this funky almost rice like taste. Im going to attribute this to the sorgum, its unlike anything I've ever had. Mouthfeel is light and crisp with good carbonation. Fairly drinkable although it's a bit odd.
