One-off brewed only for Hill Farmstead Winter Festival.
Pours a dark black color with a thin head into my glass. Doesn't seem exciting at first.
Grassy/citrusy hops greet the nose with a bit of fruitiness from the malt.
There's certainly an emphasis on the hops. They're grassy, citrusy and go well with the dark malt.
The mouthfeel is mellow, dank and the hops seem to wear off towards the back.
Very good! Description says that it's a blend of something. I'm still speculating on that part. Hmm.
