A-Bright light orange color with a thick white head that resembles a luxurious whipped cream
S-Unique aroma from Rakau, I get notes of sugar cane, cinnamon and an assortment of melon from watermelon to canary and honeydew
M-Outstanding mouthfeel. Juicy and full body with low end carbonation and a sticky coating of hop glory that coats the palate
T-Sweet upfront with a unique bite of wood and earth that includes a nutty quality as well. Bitterness is smooth and very present at the finish
O-Absolutely outstanding single hop brew. I am certain Rakau is a great hop, but Mr. K hit this one out of the park!
