In 2008 I had the good fortune of visiting Belgium with two of my brothers. For over 10 years, I held on to bottles of the most choice beers that we sampled during our visit. In 2019, we got together, drank the beer, and used the cultures from these bottles to inoculate a barrel of Wild Child
