A-Dark yellow apricot flesh color with a thick white head
S-Aroma has a funk with notes of bread and rye along with some medium to heavy pine
M-Medium body and lower end carbonation with a somewhat peppery and bitter mouthfeel
T-Strong and assertive bitterness that lingers. Reminds me when higher IBUs were popular and the green type flavours of hops tipped the balance of west coast IPAs before balance was brought to the beer universe
O-Reminiscent of a what most common bars consider an IPA to have on the menu just because. Not very nice for me.
