Pours a super hazy golden color with some orange highlights. Big soapy white head that dissipated fairly quickly.
The aroma is of grapefruit, pine and mint. Zesty.
The taste is of melon and orange with grapefruit rind and resin. Minty zest in the finish. Nice bready malt base that supports the hops.
Moderate body with prickly carbonation. Good balance between sweet and bitter. Finishes with a big resin bitterness. Slightly sticky.
Interesting hop profile. I like the contrast.
