First had: on tap at their brewpub
Poured a hazy golden-yellow with a fluffy white head that receded to a thin layer by the time I got to it. Aroma of yeast, spices, and hay. Nice taste; complex, including saison yeast, wheat, pale malts, ginger, lime zest, and a generous amount of farmhouse funk, that my wife didn't care for, but I thought was just fine. Light-bodied, just bordering on medium, and goes good with starchy food.

Stopped by the Pumphouse, up in Longmont, Colorado, for a snack with the wife and kids a week ago Saturday. This one went great with the giant pretzels and mustard. Pours a hazy light golden color, with a fairly big white head. Aromas of lemon zest, Belgian spices and hay. On the palate, thin, light bodied and dry, with a light tartness, lemon zest and wheat.
