Pours hazy gold under a 1/4" cream cap. Saison yeast and spicy hop aromas rise from the glass with traces of hop spice, pepper, light grains and some earthiness. Has a very juicy Saison yeast palate with lemon, citrus, berries, spice and a hint of wine. It has a good balance between the mild tartness and the hop and yeast flavors. The body is medium light to light, the finish is dry and the carbonation is above average. This is a very enjoyable, light yet full flavored beer.

Pours a very cloudy lemon yellow color with a brilliant white head and streaks of lacing. smells of mild funk and spices. Taste followed nose some dank hops front end with pepper and slight funk in the finish, mouth feel was dry with slight hops , A nice Farmhouse Saison did not taste the Nelson Hops so much in this one and would have liked a little more funk, and white wine berry flavors ...never the less this brew was solid for opening day, and cant wait for aged/sour beer from the foudres.
