This golden sour aged in our wood cellar for over a year before conditioning on 3 pounds per gallon of mango purée as well as fresh lime peel and chilies. The resulting sour ale is crazy refreshing with loads of mango flavor and a breath of lime and heat.

Tap pour at Buster's on 28th.
Murky yellow gold colored body. Very little head. No lacing.
Aroma of mango, lime, with slight pepper.
Taste is slightly sweet and not much sour. Mango dominates but there is lime and a little pepper heat.
Medium mouth feel but low carbonation.
Beer is tasty, with the lime sour and the mango sweet, plus the pepper which is more like black pepper heat.
I got a bit of a buttery taste with a slight warm up of the beer, but it does not detract from the taste.
