The beer for everyday, Simple was brewed with Maltwerks pilsner malt, European hops, and Wallonian saison yeast before being bottle conditioned for a higher level of carbonation and a denser head. This no-frills, full-flavored saison is dry and moderately bitter with a hint of stone fruit.

Pours murky pale orange. Big white head. Bottle gushed. Smells of doughy malt, earth, and some yeasty funk. Tastes of bread, dough, brett, earthy notes. Light acidic notes. Medium body. Low carbonation. Soft feel. Excellent.

Pours a lighter golden color. Pours fairly clear. 3 finger, very frothy, white head. The head retention is quite good. There's some lacing on the glass as the head dissipates.
The nose is extremely wild and funky. Somewhat floral smelling.
Taste - Nice wild flavor. Very floral tasting. Some spices. Some hops. Some sweetness , that tastes like honey.
Good body. Nice carbonation bubbles in my throat.
Yes, a nice wild funky beer, that delivers a lot of punch in a "simple" beer.

Poured from 750ml bottle into glass.
Clear, straw colored body. Highly carbonated with multiple pours required to get a full glass. Pure white head. Head sticks around as pillowy, partial cap. Leaves behind spotting patterns of lacing.
Lots of rubber soul yeast in the aroma.
Taste is yeast driven (horse blanket), with a backing from the malts and the floral hops. This is a dry Saison beer.
Mouth feel seems thick, with very good carbonation. Mouth feel is enveloping and enticing. Dry and full of yeast.
A true to style Saison beer. Is dry and slightly bitter, as described. Tasty but dependent upon style preferences. This is a beer without added flavors to the yeast, malt, and hops.
