This blend of Camille, our base barrel-aged saison, was conditioned on pineapples and Moteuka hops to create a fruit, hoppy, and refreshingly tart saison.

Pours a hazy light golden color with a white head. Smell had melon, apple and pineapple with some earthy funk. Taste was tart with delicious ripe fruit, some earthy notes mixed with oak in the finish. Delicious tropical, fruity aok and dank, good stuff.

750ml bottle. November, 2018 release.
Cloudy, straw colored body. Each pour brings forth a fizzy head which quickly disappears. No lacing.
Aroma is tart pineapple, yeast funk and oak barrel. The smell travels a couple of feet from the glass.
Taste is tart, and then pineapple fruity, and ending in more tartness. Barnyard and leather funk join in, along with the oak barrel.
Medium mouth feel, and relatively dry. Good carbonation. Sparkly and somewhat bracing on the tongue.
This is a tart beer, which features the fruity pineapple. Not as much funk as what normally stands out in a saison, but credit that to this beer being a tart saison.
