This light, dry grisette was brewed with pilsner malt, malted white wheat, and Hallertau Mittelfrüh hops and then open-fermented using Wallonian saison yeast. The wheat provides a moderate body to complement the spicy, herbal character from the hops while still having a light and snappy finish on the palate.

Poured from 750ml bottle into glass. Late 2018 release.
Clear, straw colored body. Half a finger of bright white head, finally settles to partial cap and ring. Leaves some rings and spots of lacing.
Aroma of spicy hops and dry yeast.
Taste of spicy hops and dry yeast.
Medium mouth feel. Good carbonation.
Pleasant, and refreshing to drink grisette. Not a great deal of aroma and flavors, but well balanced and a good choice for a lunch time or end of work day beer.
