This white wheat saison is fermented to dryness with a Lithuanian farmhouse ale yeast and hopped with Moutere and Nelson Sauvin. But that's not all - we've also refermented it with Italian Pinot Grigio must, resulting in a dry and lively beer with pleasing minerality and refreshing herbal notes. Our brewers have outdone themselves with this unique and flavorful beer. The combination of the Lithuanian farmhouse ale yeast and Italian Pinot Grigio must give it a complex and delicious taste, while the Moutere and Nelson Sauvin hops add a subtle yet distinct hop aroma and flavor.
