At the tap room, into a willibecher, looks slightly chilled and hazy bright gold, minimal head, no retention. Nose is wet hay, white pepper, maybe a little juicy and sweet orange. Taste follows the nose, and brings a little more…as advertised, some tea and some woodsy notes. This is interesting, but sits a little heavy in the mouthful. Notwithstanding the quibble, a very good.
