Solid farmhouse/saison, with a grassy sweet hay nose, nice yeast notes to taste (a little pepper, a little bubble gum) as well as a little prickly ginger and orange peel. Very nice balancing act. moderately high carb and a light but slightly sticky mouthful. Tasty.
