On draught at Revelation Craft Brewing, Rehoboth Beach, DE.
Pours a clear, light copper color. A moderate head retains well and yields lacing.
The aroma opens clean, then, notes of bready, biscuity and crackery malt. Later, there are hints of floral and fruity spices, grass, citrus and a touch of caramel.
A clean and crisp taste highlights moderately sweet malts, slighty doughy, evokes notes of bread, biscuit, cracker and caramel. An increasingly earthy hops bitterness develops. Yeasty and noble hops spices yield flavors of grass, flowers and lemon.
Medium to light bodied with a crisp mouthfeel. The finish is smooth with a malty backbone, and dry. The carbonation is moderate to lively.
Solid Czech Pilsner. Tasty, well balanced, refreshing and consistent with the style. I would have again.
