I had this beer on-tap in a 12oz glass at the brewery.
Appearance: rich dark brown with plenty of haze and a finger of creamy tan foam.
Smell: lightly sweet with a nice roastiness. Not bad.
Taste: very caramelly and quite sweet; there's some vanilla here and a rather roasty element underneath. Robust, indeed, but a bit on the sweet side for me.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a nice carbonation and a very satisfying creaminess.
Overall: same with their IPA, this beer isn't perfect but is quite drinkable nonetheless.
