UNIFIED FIELD W.E. Coast IPA blends the best of both (w)est and (e)ast coast IPA styles. It’s hazy, but not turbid, soft on the palate, but still allows the hops to pop, is aggressively hopped, but has restrained bitterness. With 6lbs per barrel of Citra, Citra Cryo, Mosaic, Mosaic Cryo, Simcoe, Simcoe Cryo, and Galaxy, it’s an aromatic, dank cocktail of passion fruit, guava, and sweet orange.

A: The beer is hazy whitish pale yellow in color. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that left a thin layer of bubbles covering the surface and lots of lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of lime citrus are present in the nose along with hints of gooseberry and lychee.
T: The taste follows the smell but has stronger flavors of gooseberries and additional hints of stone fruit. No bitterness is perceptible. As the beer warms up, hints of grapefruit become perceptible.
M: It feels medium-bodied and a bit juicy on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: I would say this beer is more of an East Coast IPA than it is a West Coast IPA.
