Brewed with a pale base malt and wheat and oats, we then loaded it with our favorite American hops, Citra and Idaho 7, and dry hopped with 7 lbs per barrel of two of our all time favorite hops: PNW Citra and NZ Motueka.
The resulting beer bursts with familiar and exotic fruit notes that suggest tropical fruit roll-up, peach rings, guava, overripe passionfruit, fresh pressed papaya juice, navel orange flesh, and key lime sorbet. We hope that this beer stands out to you as a diamond in the rough, for we were compelled by tremendous pressure to brew it for you.
