Received a 16 oz can from @Muchloveforhops3 on 10-25-23. Canned on 8-25-23; consumed 11-29-23. Cold stored since acquisition.
Beer poured a hazy orange with a very nice white head.
The El Dorado and Citra were very evident when i cracked the can open and the Mosaic and Simcoe spiciness is front and center as i approach each sip.
Love the taste as it is fruity yet spicy. Modest malt base has a lot of work to allow those wonderful choices of hops express and it does it job. Getting orange and mango up front and then on the back end i get a nice pine and rind bitterness; 7/10 on my scale.
Mouthfeel is medium bodied and both smooth and refreshing.
Overall love the blending of the WCIPA and the NEIPA styles. Thanks Doug for the opportunity to try!
