Profusion of Joy is a monsterous imperial stout brewed with 9 different malts to create a complex and synergistic base for loads and loads of toasted coconut, toasted almonds, Madagascar and Uganda vanilla beans. Pouring thick and pitch black with an espresso-foam head, Profusion Of Joy asserts its confectionary adjuncts with massive aromas and flavors of angel food cake drizzled in chocolate, topped with toasted coconut flakes and almonds. Additional toasty and rich complexities unveil themselves as the beer warms. We are excited to share this liquid dessert with you!

A - Pitch black pour that resembles motor oil with dark caramel colored lacing.
S - Roasty sweet chocolate char for days on the nose, this smells amazing!
T - Big almond, vanilla, roasty sweet chocolate, a little bit of char, and coconut from start to finish. This tastes like boozy liquid chocolate fudge cake.
M - Big silky mouthfeel with some warming on the way down the pie hole.
O - Packed with flavor, this Stout is absolutely fantastic and love it!
