From a 4-pack picked up at Growlers on Main in Polson, MT; as with many Imagine Nation brews, I'm digging the label art
Poured into a Reuben's Then & Now glass
p- hazy gold/light orange w/ a 1-2f foamy white head; looks good
n- med nose; semi-sweet fruity blend of tropical, melon, and stone fruit notes
t- citrus (navel orange/grapefruit) forward to mid-palate; stone fruit and melon play supplemental roles; a fair amount of tanginess; clean; crackery malt supports; tasty with big drinkability
mf- light-med to med bodied w/ med to med-high carb
o- this one really grew on me as I drank; a nicely-done hazy

Alchemy 15 – from Image Nation Brewing. Acquired from @muchloveforhops3 in BSBIF #1. Reviewed 07/12/23 (Review 3187). Note that I use DD/MM/YY protocol.
Stamped in white box at top of label, “Canned On 10/6/23”. Stored at 34 degrees at home. Served at 50.9 degrees F in a hand washed and dried Jester King snifter. The final temperature was 54.8 degrees F.
Appearance – 3.5
First pour – Pale Straw (SRM 2), hazy.
Body – Straw (SRM 3), opaque. Under direct light, same. When rear-lite, same.
Head: Average (Maximum 3.8 cm, aggressive center pour), white, High density, shirt retention dropping to a 0.8 – 1.4 cm crown, and thin, rocky cap.
Lacing – Good. Wide band of tiny to average bubbles connected to the crown by wide columns.
Aroma – 3.75 – Weak grapefruit and a bit earthy/woody. No yeast, no malt, no alcohol (6.5 % ABV as marked on the label).
Flavor – 3.75 – Weak grapefruit flavor and slight bitter earthiness. No yeast, no malt. No dimethylsulfide or diacetyl. Weak gastric warming.
Palate – 4 – Medium; watery; soft and fizzy carbonation.
Final impression and summation: 3.75 Okay NEIPA with both aroma and flavor being subdued. Alcohol is well hidden.
