Simcoe is the quintessential IPA hop. Known for its diverse aroma and adept bittering qualities, we have fallen in love with it, particularly for its versatility in the brewery. Simcoe offers classic citrus, pine, and earthy qualities found in old school IPAs, while also exhibiting strong tropical and fruity notes found in more contemporary hoppy beers. It is one of few hops that can bridge old school and new school together. You can find Simcoe in many of our beers - Freedom Fighter, Lupujus 6, Liberator, and many more. Liminal Space All Simcoe is our chance to showcase how complex and lovely this hop is on its own! Brewed with Pilsner malt, oats, and wheat, this beer has a lucious and hazy base for 6 pounds per barrel of Simcoe and Simcoe CRYO to shine. We sense juicy melon, passionfruit, lemon, and sweet pine sap flavors and aromas that pop from the glass.
