Inspired by one of the lightest commercially available beer styles, we brewed this pale lager with premium Czech ingredients, including Bohemian floor malted pilsner malt and Saaz hops. With a total conditioning time of 12 weeks, 10° Plato showcases well integrated herbaceous and citrus notes atop a doughy malt backbone, with an elegant effervescence and incredibly crisp finish.
