Great beer. Nice warm inviting amber/copper color with a small head that only lasted a short time. Malty with light hops on the nose. And the same with the taste. Nice malty but not sweet tasting with a good balance of hops that don’t take over the flavor but complement it very well.
Medium mouthfeel and ever so slightly dry finish.
My first impression was that it’s like an Irish Red and Scottish Ale had a child.
I so much enjoyed this beer that I had to make another trip to the store to buy more to bring home. If it were available to me locally it could easily turn into my always on hand beer.
