On tap at Chaqchao. Clear yellow with a touch of haze. Big white head. Smells of a bit of banana. A bit of lemon. And dry grass. Tastes of a bit of sweet pale malt. Bananas. Grainy malt profile. Medium light body. Fairly crisp. Simple saison that isn’t heavy handed on any one flavor. Really impressive.
