16 ounce can poured into a dimpled mug.
Americanized version with hops/bitterness overpowering the malt. The feel is light and crisp softening as it finishes but lacks creaminess. It does sport a nice, mostly clear amber body with a large head that emits strong bread, toast and spice aromas. Overall it isn’t bad but I would say it is rather sharp for the style.

Poured from a can into a pint glass. Pours reddish orange with a fluffy white head. Smells of caramelized grain, nice aroma for style. Tastes of caramelized grain with nice berries and other fruitiness. Beer is light boded and very easy drinking, good carbonation. Overall, a very good beer.

Haze on a lager? Bullshit. Deep copper color, no head, no lace.
Nice malty aroma, a hint of grape, so I'm guessing they went heavy on the Munich.
Heavy, bread crust malt. A bit too sweet and caramelly, though.
A little heavy for the style, low carbonation
Kinda crappy

Finally a good local brewer that makes a decent Marzen. Really nicely done. Caramel/toffee/brown sugar type sweetness, biscuity/bready qualities, full bodied, slightly crisp finish. Slick mouthfeel with decent carbonation.
