Poured into a glass, its a bright, nearly transparent, pale straw color. Smells just a bit sweet. The flavor profile isn't complex but its solid. There may be mild citrus notes or something sweet that gives it a welcome bit of zest. It's got a corny aftertaste that sits nicely on the tongue. Goes down smooth, this is a nice offering from Black Star of which I'll probably pick up a few more while it's still fresh!
