For this completely unexpected and unplanned brew we are bringing you a Norwegian Imperial Stout! What is that you ask? We are brewing a big rich imperial stout and fermenting it with Kviek yeast from Norway! It is the same yeast we used for our Sour IPA - normally a beer that we would not be able to harvest yeast off of, but this stuff is its own beast and is ready to ferment one more brew for us! Because of that we are giving it a Vikings funeral and sending it off with this 10.5% brew...
