Particle Horizon is our newest barleywine brewed with 2 Row, Dark Munich, C80, and Special B malts. Complex ripe fruit notes come to the forefront and nose before brown sugar carries home the inherent booziness on a river of subtle sweetness.

Look: It pours copper with a tan head. Head retention is good.
Smell: It has a strong malty aroma with grainy aspects to it with a bit of bread. There are some light citrus notes with plum and raisins. The alcohol is noticeable.
Taste: It has grainy malt aspects with some bread. The plums and raisins are more noticeable in the flavor than in the aroma.
Feel: It has a full body with strong alcohol warming. There is a little sharpness to the bitterness but it is mostly smooth.
Overall, American Barleywines tend to be hoppier, but this is mostly malts with dark fruits. The flavors are good.
