This 7.25% hazy IPA features Cryo-Mosaic and Citra in the whirlpool along with heavy amounts of Mosaic, Idaho 7, and Cashmere hop pellets throughout the dry-hopping. Our signature flaked oat build with the slightly amped up booze compliment the dense tropical qualities of the hop profile. Rind, sweetness, and lush bright citrus come to the forefront.

appearance: hazy yellow. like a blonde ale but totally opaque. pours with a slightly off-white, very thick head. it simmers down to a gentle cap of light foam with excellent lacing.
smell: dank, fruity, thick. overwhelming smells of peach, nectarine, orange, and grapefruit. very slight vanilla cream undertones, permeated by a note of dank hops.
taste: as it hits the tongue, tastes of citrus and stonefruit. the middle is very much like orange juice and cream. no dankness is detected in the flavor. finish is strong nectarine with lingering creamy sweetness. very slightly bitter throughout, but it's overwhelmed by the fruity flavors. the finish is long and lingers a while.
feel: very thick and creamy. this was made with flaked oats and you can tell. not a whole lot to say on this one.
overall: yep, it's a hazy IPA. feels boozier than it is at 7%, almost like an imperial IPA. very tasty and drinkable, and it hits hard.
