A WIZARD IS SOMETIMES THICC features Mosaic, Mosaic Incognito, Azacca, and Galaxy hops infused into this pillowy haze bomb that bursts with sweet mandarin and papaya notes before settling out into a flaked oat back end worthy of its can art.

Standard haze. Tropical, berryish aroma with hint of dank. Palate is more citrusy (orange) and a bit peachy. Fairly creamy with a resiny finish. BF's Wizard beers are now my favorite--taking the place of the old nugs series.

Undated can into pint glass. Pours a very hazy straw-colored light gold with a persistent off-white head. Great lacing! Initial impression is citrus, berries, tropical fruit, mango, and peach. Mouthfeel is soft and fairly thick. Finish fades to a slight citrus sweetness. Overall, a competent if not outstanding NEIPA.
