Grabbed a can at Perfect Pour and poured into snifter. Really pretty yellow straw haze with a nice plumy head; equally nice residual lacing. Beer was a bit cold from frig and nose was pretty subdued, but came out pretty nicely as beer warmed. Taste mirrored…but the Motueka, Nectaron and Nelson really stated coming together quickly. I don’t really know Hop Kief. But this combo was a great hop blend / recipe.
Second half of glass had cast off the cold, and the flavors really exploded. Delicious! Body started to crispy and ruff on the tongue, but again… as beer warmed it really smoothed out and really allowed the flavors to swirl softly in the mouth. Had not really expected this from less than a DIPA.
Initial overall impression was that this was a good IPA, and happy to have tried it. But impression of beer after it warmed to about 40 degrees was quite different. This was a rich delicious smoothly satisfying brew. One of the best Hazy IPAs I’ve had in a long time. Kudos to the 3 teams who cooked up this one. Top notch!

Really decent IPA. Hazy pale yellow appearance with a fluffy tight white head, great retention, good lacing. Citrus, grapefruit, Pineapple, pine. Full body, moderate carbonation.
