Crisp, clean, and endlessly refreshing, this Kölsch-style ale is our nod to the timeless brewing traditions of Cologne — and maybe a little to Vincent Vega’s taste in beer, too. Light in body with a touch of malt sweetness and soft floral hop notes, it finishes dry and smooth, making it the perfect companion for just about anything. It’s delicate, balanced, and oh-so-drinkable.

Enjoying this one on draught.
Oddly the bartender offered a taster that had a nice head on it, then carefully poured the pint with a thin head. Appearance is slightly opaque, straw colored.
Malty, a little grainy, nice mild hops profile. A soft mouthfeel and smooth drinker.
