Our anniversary sour this year is in the style of a bomb pop - the classic summer popsicle that everyone has had melt all over their hands. We started with a moderately tart sour base and are hitting it with the red white and blue flavor spectrum of real fruit including lemons, limes, raspberries, and cherries! The result is a sour with a moderate body that isn't so Thicc as to be hard to enjoy on our sunny outdoor seating and just sweet enough to counter the tartness.
