Had at the Lincoln Park Zoo beerfest fundraiser, I can't give this wit a proper review because there are so many other distractions (tastebuds and otherwise) at such events. So, I'm going to give them a serious review shortly. And my reason for doing so is thus: I encourage new brewers to explore the Belgian tradition. And here is one (teaming up with another fledgling, Church Street) and, so, I should support them with a good review. Let me go get their stuff now.
