Moderately sour flavors of rhubarb and strawberry. Apricot color with moderate haziness and slight carbonation. On tap at Hop Cat in Kalamazoo, MI.

When I first cracked open the can it started to foam over. Pale copper colored with a moderate haziness and vibrant carbonation bubbles. There’s a fingernail of off white about the size of a quarter in the top middle. The aroma is of rhubarb, lactose, and strawberry. I’m tasting strawberry, lactose, rhubarb, and a touch of pale wheat. The mouth is highly carbonated (distractingly so) and crisply refreshing.
