American Pilsner with slight notes of malt sweetness and a yeast strain that allows small amounts of fruity esters to come through. Brewed with Michigan Magnum and Cascade hops to lend a slight floral and citrus bitterness.

Pours a slightly hazy golden straw color with a foamy, creamy white head. The nose features nice citrus fruit notes (lemon maybe?), and a bit of bread as well.
The citrus is definitely present as lemon on the taste and delicious, especially with the balance the slightly sweet bread flavor provides. The mouthfeel is clean and crisp - what a flavorful, quaffable lager this is.
It’s easy to see why this beer is winning awards. This beer is definitely prompting a trip to the brewery - soon.
