A very approachable Saison inspired by the winter chill. A soft grain bill of wheat and base malts are complimented with Belgian candi sugar and balanced with some melon-forward hop additions of Idaho 7 before fermenting with our house Saison yeast strain. We added tart cranberry puree and some warming nutmeg post-fermentation to make this the perfect winter sipper.
