Had on tap. Clear golden body with a foamy white head. Grassy hops mix with flowers, bread dough, and lemon in the nose. Taste is too hoppy for the style, grassy hop bitters and lemon rain down on the dough and sweet malt. Feel is light, thin, smooth, but lacks yeasty definition that the greats of the style show off on the back end of the sip.

Hard to put this easy drinker down long enough to write a few adjectives. It's actually rather hoppy like a light Pilsner, so they've managed to kick it out of the Blonde Ale park. Golden color with adequate foam in the Timmermans goblet.
Spritzy on the tongue though not up to the German creaminess. However it's aromatic and resiny in the nose. Distinct hoppy tang and just enough bitterness. Enough malt to mellow. Hard to find fault as a light zippy brew. From the 16 oz can purchased in Stumptown. Dated 09/16/21.

On tap at the source.
Very light, rather fruity for the style with mild lemon hops, dough and grainy cereal. A little watery and rough/abrasive on the palate. Drying finish. Decent.
