A - Pours golden yellow body, clear initially, but gradually more cloudy as the can is finished. White head, short and dense, with a cap after it dissipates. The lacing is large ropes of small bubbles across the glass.
S - Strong acidic note, a bit of barnyard, and grassy hop notes, mingling with a lemon and apple fruit juice line.
T - Open is apple and lemon juice, a bit of biscuity malts in the middle, and an earthy, pithy hit in the finish.
M - Moderate weight, some mild tart scrubbing acidity, and a dry prickly close that lingers.
O - A pretty lovely Saison, tasty and clean, a good drinker that I'd pick up again, if I see it.
