This is a cherry wild ale.
Poors a very deep red color with a thick pink foam. Smells like cherry pie. Tastes pretty tart, with lots of creamy cherries. Some astringency, which is, surprisingly a good thing in this beer. Good mouthfeel and carbonation. Well done!
