Adventurer's Log: Entry Sour Ale w/ Rhubarb - 4.0% ABV-Sour Ale brewed with locally harvested Rhubarb. Soured with Lactobacillus to bring a tart, sharp and salty refreshing finish.
Haven't had too many beers with rhubarb shows up pretty well in the finish. made the mistake of labeling this as a berliner when really it is a Gose beer. Oh well as a nice Sharp acidic body with a good salty finish. Not my favorite gose style beer but it goes pretty good with food
