"This mild sour is a mixed fermentation ale dry hopped with Strata hops. No kettle sour here, but soured in the fermenter with lactobacillus. The acidity balances beautifully with the wheat backbone and has a crisp, refreshing finish."
Great sour puckering yet smooth from the description sounds like a wheat ale and it definitely made for a good balance ale. Wanted the citra variant but this one was actually better. Recommended!
