L: Pours a slightly hazy yellow gold color with a couple fingers of lacing and no head.
S: Aroma is fairly faint, Tart and sour, some toasted grain, not a very complex aroma. A bit of stinky cheese aroma.
T: Strong sour and tartness, some peach and fuzz, I get very little merlot barrel, a little red wine on the edges. The sourness is way too strong and acidity and needs some more balance.
F: Higher carbonation and medium body.
O: This is basically all sour, no merlot barrel and needs some more balance.
